Airservices has announced the appointment of Ms Mairi Barton as Executive General Manager, Corporate and Industry Affairs.
An Airservices statement says Ms Barton has more than 20 years of communications and public affairs experience which spans state and federal government as well as the agricultural and financial services sectors, with her most recent position being as strategic media relations adviser to the Victorian Government education portfolios.

Airservices says Ms Barton’s role has a strong stakeholder engagement focus, including enhancing relationships with airlines, airports, government and international air navigation service providers in addition to media relations and staff communications.
