Qantas has announced that it has sold its shareholding in Asian express cargo operation DPEX Worldwide to Toll Holdings for an undisclosed sum.
Qantas said in a statement that the sale was part of its “ongoing strategy of focusing on core business areas.” The sale excludes DPEX’s Australian operations, and is subject to approval from Chinese competition authorities due to the existing scale of the two company’s operations in China.
