It does seem way too wishy washy and disconnected from reality. You want to see the actual seats and the actual face masks in context. Sometimes direct communication is better. “Ladies and gentlemen, in the interests of your safety, we MUST have your attention.” That’s a direct quote from TAA BTW. I have never forgotten it.
