The UNSW School of Aviation started in 1995 with only 11 students. Today, it has over 500 students enrolled and a growing network of over 3,000 alumni across the world. Many of its graduates hold significant roles in major airlines and aviation companies across the globe.

The school sits within the faculty of science at UNSW Sydney. Ranked number 45 in the QS World University Rankings, it is the highest ranked university in the world to offer a stand-alone school of aviation. Its programs are designed with industry input to ensure relevance and range across management, flying and technology specialities at an undergraduate, postgraduate and higher degree research level.

UNSW Aviation also delivers its own flight training under Civil Aviation Safety Regulation certification (CASR Parts 141/142) with its own fleet of single engine Diamond DA-40CS, twin engine Piper PA44 Seminole aeroplanes and three flight simulators. Flight training and airborne research is conducted from the Flying Operations Unit at Bankstown Airport.

The Civil Aviation Academy Australasia has provided training and consultancy to the aviation and related industries since 2001.
Based in Western Australia, we provide our services to clients throughout Australia and overseas.
Our aviation courses in dangerous goods and crew resource management/human factors are approved by CASA, meet all IATA requirements and exceed industry best practice. Many hours are spent to ensure that the latest information and guidelines are incorporated into each course and that our facilitators are current with all the latest facilitation techniques.

Invictus Australia encourages veterans and their families to connect and engage with their communities through sport. We bring together sporting, community and veteran organisations to collaborate and break down the barriers to sport participation for veterans and their families. We promote the physical, social and emotional benefits of sport for all, and shine a light on the unique needs of younger veterans, particularly the challenges associated with transitioning from military to civilian life.

Formally known as Veteran Sport Australia (VSA), Invictus Australia was launched at the conclusion of the Invictus Games Sydney 2018.

The Games acknowledged the sacrifices made by defence service personnel and pledged continuing support to veterans and their families. Invictus Australia is the embodiment of the promise that the Games would be more than just a one-off event.

Invictus means unconquered.
