Launceston Airport’s CEO, Shane O’Hare, discusses its ambitious upgrade
Located in the heart of the Apple Isle, Launceston Airport is Tasmania’s oldest aerial gateway – and one with a storied history, being the place where Australian National Airways was founded back in the 1930s. Today, the airport is undergoing an $11 million overhaul, including new terminal facilities and capital infrastructure upgrades.
Jake Nelson spoke to Launceston Airport CEO Shane O’Hare to find out how the refresh will position the airport to take advantage of new opportunities.
